Welcome to Prima Displays ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, primadisplays.com ("Website"), and all sales, installation, and maintenance services relating to Trivision signage and other products we offer in the United States.
By accessing our Website or engaging our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1. Products & Services
Prima Displays sells, installs, and maintains Trivision signs and related signage systems. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.
2. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Pricing is subject to change without notice.
- Payment is due according to the terms provided in your estimate, invoice, or contract.
- Sales tax, shipping fees, and other applicable charges will be added to your total order price unless otherwise stated.
- Orders may require a deposit or full payment before work begins.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, including weather, supplier shortages, or transportation interruptions.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
4. Installation, Permits & Site Conditions
For installation services, the customer is responsible for:
- Ensuring site readiness, including permitting, access, structural adequacy, and utilities as needed;
- Providing accurate information regarding installation conditions;
- Notifying Prima Displays of any site-specific hazards or restrictions prior to the scheduled service date.
Permits & Regulatory Compliance:
All required local, state, and federal permits, approvals, and inspections related to the installation and operation of Trivision signage are the sole responsibility of the customer, even if Prima Displays assists in the application process or communicates with permitting authorities on the customer’s behalf.The customer is also solely responsible for ensuring that the proposed signage complies with all applicable zoning, building, safety, and signage codes, ordinances, and regulations. Prima Displays does not guarantee permit approval and is not liable for project delays or denials resulting from regulatory or code non-compliance.
Additionally, any associated costs, taxes, fees, or penalties levied by government agencies—including but not limited to permit application fees, inspection charges, usage taxes, or fines—shall be borne entirely by the customer.
Delays caused by permit issues, regulatory compliance failures, or governmental action may result in additional charges.
5. Warranties & Disclaimers
- Prima Displays warrants its products and workmanship against defects for a period specified in your contract.
- Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, vandalism, accidents, weather events, or unauthorized modifications.
- EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prima Displays shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Prima Displays or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Billing Information
Should you sign up for a PRIMA Displays Pro account or register a domain through us, we require your billing information in order to process the transaction.
We will retain the last 4 digits of your credit card number and credit card type, so that you may identify that card used in the future. We do not store any other billing information, as this information is discarded after your transaction has been processed.
If your subscription is auto-renewing, a recurring subscription will be created at our payment gateway, Stripe.com. Stripe.com will store your billing information on its secure payment gateway for as long as necessary to carry out the terms of your subscription.
Should you cancel your subscription, your billing information will be immediately removed by Stripe.com.
All transactions are processed over an industry-standard SSL/TLS connection, with a minimum of 128-bit encryption.IP Address
